- Group by site and charger model
- Deduplicate repeated faults within a time window
- Escalate only when impact is proven (sessions failing, payments failing)
Metrics to track
- Mean time to acknowledge (MTTA)
- Mean time to repair (MTTR)
- Alert-to-incident ratio
